      SCHEDULE

      ➣ Registration closes December 31st 23:59 (GMT)➣ tour submissions open: March 1st (12:00AM, GMT)

      RULES

      ➣Teams can add/drop members BUT they will have to let us know!➣Participants can take part in 3 groups at maximum (PLEASE DON’T BURN YOURSELF OUT!)➣You will be an official participant once you have registered via google forms!!➣It is not compulsory to join our watch party at the end of the event.➣Do not openly criticize ANYONE’S work as we are only here for fun!

      REGISTRATION

      Member limit
      ➣A minimum of 2 vocalists to a maximum of 5 vocalists (human)
      ➣Can have up to 2 Vocaloid/UTAU/Virtual Singer (thus 7 members are permissible)
      ➣No limitations for staff-only      We give participants 2 choices of recruiting groups:
      ➣Organise your own group
      ➣Fill in a group finder form and we will assign you to a group (higher chance of meeting and working with new people)

      SUBMISSIONS

      ➣You may only choose to represent one of the five ProSeka groups.➣You will have to submit songs that have been done by one of the ProSeka groups, so original songs will not be added to the official tour playlist. Although this tour is all for fun, you will still have to follow the rules.➣Songs must be a minimum of 1 minute to a maximum of 5 minutes.➣Songs can be in any language. (HOORAY FOR TRANSLYRICS!)➣You must publicly display your entry on YouTube.➣No grace period will be added as this isn’t a chorus battle! However, if your group is running close to the deadline and the animator is currently rendering, we will extend your deadline by a couple hours.       ABOUT

      Youtaite Tour Event 2024 is a one-time tour event (non-elimination!) that has Project Sekai as its theme!No matter what experience you have participating in events and tours such as this, anyone and everyone is welcomed to join! We want this to be a fun and welcoming experience for all!You will be able to create and submit entries once registered (registering is a MUST!!) up until mid April 2024, where then all the submissions will be put into a playlist. Shortly after, we will have a watch party where we can view and appreciate all the entries together!What is a tour?

      ➣Absolutely!! CB styled animations are not a must!! Colour codes are also ok! :D Any video style, as long as it does not mean stealing works etc. Art is not a must either!      What do you mean by 'representing the group'?
      ➣Just doing a song that is sung by said group within the Project Sekai game!      Can I use a VOCALOID/VocalSynth/UTAU?
      ➣ Yes! However, we require at least two human singers! Maximum is 5 for human vocalists, plus an additional 2 for any VocalSynths, thus having a maximum of 7 vocalists in a team is possible!      Can I do remixes or mashups?
      ➣Yes! As long as it is Project Sekai!      Is it the original songs only?
      ➣No, covers are included!      I'm new to the community, can I still participate?
      ➣Absolutely!! Even if you aren't in the youtaite community, you are welcome to join! Anyone and everyone is welcomed!
